Special Instructions
Edge colour is applied by hand after cutting. Allow a small tolerance on edge alignment; hairline white may be visible on intricate designs.

Though very rare, we may print your order at 99.4% of the original size to ensure that cut marks for proper finishing and trimming can be included. We may also remove bleed.
File Prep
Size and colour
Build your artwork at the exact size of the product you ordered, in CMYK colour at 300 dpi, and extend it 1/16" past every edge for bleed.
Images and fonts
Embed every image in the file and convert all text to outlines so nothing shifts or goes missing.
Save as PDF
Export a PDF with the bleed included.
Artwork templates
Download the template for your size, place your artwork on it, then remove the guides before saving your PDF.

Common file setup tips
- Safe zone
- Keep all text and logos at least 0.125" from the trim edge — anything closer risks being cut off.
- Two-sided cards
- Supply front and back as separate pages in a single PDF. Make sure the orientation matches on both sides.
- Dark backgrounds
- Extend every background colour or image to the bleed edge so there are no white slivers after cutting.
- Small text
- Anything below 6pt may not print legibly. Keep body text at 7pt or larger and use solid black (K100) for the sharpest result.
