Though very rare, we may print your order at 99.4% of the original size to ensure that cut marks for proper finishing and trimming can be included. We may also remove bleed.

File Prep
Size and colour
Build your artwork at the exact size of the product you ordered, in CMYK colour at 300 dpi, and extend it 1/16" past every edge for bleed.
Images and fonts
Embed every image in the file and convert all text to outlines so nothing shifts or goes missing.
Save as PDF
Export a PDF with the bleed included.
Artwork templates
Download the template for your size, place your artwork on it, then remove the guides before saving your PDF.
Common file setup tips
- Resolution at size
- At poster and banner sizes, 150 dpi at final dimensions is sufficient. Do not upscale a low-res image to meet this — it will look blurry.
- Scale to size
- Design at full size if possible. If the file would be unmanageable, design at exactly half or quarter size and note the scale factor.
- Colour matching
- Large-format printing uses eco-solvent or latex inks whose gamut differs from offset. Pantone spot colours are converted to the closest match.
